Landscape Foreman

Job description:

• Manage 2-3 employees on new installs, habitat enhancement, and tree planting for homeowners
• Read and evaluate landscape plans
• Site grade, hardscape, plant, and coordinate with irrigation contractors
• Maintain vehicles and machinery, unload plant shipments, set up nursery in spring and winterize in fall
• Receive competitive pay and employment mid-March thru early November with potential part-time winter work
• Live in or near Big Timber, a vibrant small town conveniently located between Billings and Bozeman with world-class fishing, excellent hiking and skiing all within an hour’s drive

Skills and requirements:

• Work experience in landscaping
• Self motivated and ability to problem solve
• Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively
• Ability to lead team and motivate others
• Experience operating trucks/trailers and skidsteers
• Clean driving record

Compensation: DOE

Start date: March/April 2019
